   South Park was always way, way ahead of its time in social commentary. About 3 years ago they had a guy who looked like Randy ‘Macho Man’ Savage competing against women in Crossfit games. Nearly 20 years ago Mr. Garrison became Ms. Garrison with a ‘fancy new vagina’ – and Kyle became a tall black boy and his dad became a dolphin.
