I too have found the head-to-ground tactic to be quite effective. Tends to take the fight out of them pretty quickly.

Funny, all that effort over the years to make one single word toxic and off-limits but no effort at all afforded to the fact that it provides the audience a snapshot as to the worth of the user. Uttering one simple word tells us everything we need to know, that he has no self-respect, no desire to better himself, and will never be a net benefit to society, only a drag, a garbage human worthy of scorn.
