3. I admire an effective headbutt almost as much as a roundhouse kick to the head, mostly because it requires a certain level of expertise to do it right. I stay away from both figuring the odds of me doing it wrong and hurting myself are pretty high.

    A head butt is nothing to underestimate. A friend of mine was running his mouth and a guy who had enough of his shit head butted him in the face and K.O.ed him. He underwent a couple surgeries before he could breathe through his nose again after that.

    That was good technique. Flexing the neck is a good way to injure your own self.
