- Alton Mills, 54, a former coke dealer whose life sentence was commuted by Obama in 2015, has been charged with three counts of attempted murder
- The suspect was allegedly involved in a road rage shooting that left a woman brain dead after being shot when several bullets entered the car she was in
- Mills’ original sentence was commuted in December 2015, leading to his release in early 2016 after spending 22 years incarcerated
His two previous convictions of possession of less than five grams of crack cocaine led to prosecutors filing a sentence enhancement, which saw him sentenced to life in prison without parole.
But he is now looking at another possible life sentence following an expressway shooting early on Sunday morning in the suburbs of Chicago. The victim, who has not been identified, is not expected to survive.

It was this exact kind of shit that lead me to conclude that progressives are motivated by a compulsion to increase innocent human suffering, misery and death. I was ponder why they are so invested in releasing criminals back onto the streets and this was the only answer that did not conflict with anything they state as their motivation or anything else I could come up with.
