He’s a good man but someone should inform him of a fundamental reality involving the American Legal (sic) System. That ANYTHING he says CAN and WILL be used against him in court. He needs to keep his mouth shut till AFTER this is all over and done with and only talk when and in the manner his lawyers tell him too.

In Ohio, autopsy reports are considered public records and as such available on request to anyone for a small fee. If we had any NYers here, perhaps they could see if that attains for NYC as well.
