NOTE to IOTW readers; Are you having trouble with the postal service not delivering your bill payments on time? My bills aren’t getting to their destination for a month or more and some are only going 40 miles. I think it’s because I use conservative themed return address labels. Anyone else having a problem?

They Have MUCH Bigger problems in NYC.
HOWEVER;
I have a few plazas that I do the HVAC work on with these COAL/WOOD ovens. On startup the smoke is HEAVY, YELLOW, & Sinks downwards on initial startup. That soot Imbeds itself in all the Other Tenants HVAC units as well as their own.
It plugs them up, shortens motor life and is slightly acetic (acid). This etches the coils & regardless of much more washing costs the etched coils re-plug much faster.
It PISSES ME OFF that these restaurants contaminate all the other tenant units around them & almost never have to pay for the costs they cause others.
I just turfed a customer that was needing 3 washes a year because of what he was doing to the other tenants who I still maintain. It was unfair to them.
