Gloria is the Steely Dan backup singer seen dancing sexily behind (who Woody called) Frankenstein Fagan. She’s good; and her and her singing partner, Jenny ‘Bucky’ Soule, make the clip exciting.
There isn’t much info on her out there. But, oddly, she turns up in an old
Family Feud clip. Turns out she married Steve Yeager, the catcher for the Dodgers.
Anyway, enjoy the 2 nostalgic clips. The Steely Dan clip is fantastic.
Billy Preston’s final number is cool. I didn’t know that about him.
I still like Steely Dan.
Fagan was some homely man!
Gosh, I was 12 when they were on Midnight Special. I had high waisted pants and platform shoes too.
Brings back memories.
The 1970’s had their own style.
Richard Dawson was the best FF host.
Saw The Dan in ’73 in El Chuko. That’s basically the same band except for the percussionist. Great show. Also on the same bill Mason Profitt.
Nice! I like Nicolette Larson (the one with the braids) singing for Commander Cody on Beat Me Daddy Eight to the Bar.

She has a Gloria Yeager Facebook page and still looks hot…
Saw Michael McDonald (and Weird Al!) perform at my school district’s fundraiser 6 years ago. Great music.
PORKY MY ASS
I read recently that John and George wanted to ask Billy Preston to join the Beatles. Paul nixed it, pretty much saying “We’re about to break up anyway so why bother?” Preston was the first (and I think only) person to be given label credit on a Beatles’. Single (Get Back).
He must have been a pretty religious guy. KSFO, still an old line MOR station in San Francisco back then used to play this:

Preston was also something of a child prodigy:

Natural, non-rBST stimulated, non-silicone-filled, 70s breasts were the best. And yeah, Frankenstein is a good description.
I never saw Steely Dan but I did go to a Mason Proffit concert in June, 1971 at Kennedy Pavillion on the Gonzaga University campus. And later in the late or early 90’s I saw John Michael Talbot and his brother Terry Talbot from Mason Proffit in concert. John Michael Talbot is one of my favorite Christian musicians. His Birth of Jesus CD is one of my favorite Christmas albums which I play a lot this time of year. My all-time favorite JMT CD is The God of life which always help to makes me feel really close to God, it’s the one essential CD that I would have if I had no other, it’s that good.

^^^^^ It’s really good to see older people staying fit.
I don’t understand why the camera(people) kept zooming in on hard heads when Porky and Bucky were there undulating…..
FJB
Steely Dan got the name from a “character” in a William Burroughs novel.
love seeing Skunk banging the axe
… & I was waiting for Bucky to ‘jump out’ of her halter top … but, alas she wasn’t ‘ample’ enough …. the beauty of the ’70’s tease’ (halter tops, tube tops, cut-off jeans shorts, hot pants …. totally sexy, but enough skin to invite you in … as in Interested)
btw, she reminds me a lot of this ’70’s gal … Lisa Leonard Dalton … or was it Liz Brewer? … do your own research
