Hur declined to charge Joey because, simply stated, Hur thought that a jury would decline to convict an old, frail, senile man for a violation of a law that requires a willful decision to break it.

Actually doesn’t matter if he is or not. (Although there is a lot of evidence that he is.) Think of it like this, the left always pulls the “when did you start beating your wife?” type questioning. So, now that’s it become “official” that there is something wrong with him, we have to play by their rules and make them all guilty by association especially if they’re chosen to replace him on the ballot. Because they are. They put him in office. They’ve continued to run cover for him even when it was obvious something was wrong. How can we trust their judgement any more than his?
But, more to your point, Brad, it does bring up the other obvious question we shouldn’t stop asking, if he is too incompetent then who IS running the country?

AND, if they still want to claim he’s been making the decisions any EO he has written should be repealed. I’m coming from the perspective that they will not allow another election to take place if they can help it. So giving Captain Brain Dead cover would be a positive sign in my book.
