Hi Jack: A greeting to someone named “Jack”
Used on an airplane: You don’t wanna know!
I look down upon low cut blouses.
Shelling peanuts or clams.
Cleave: To adhere to, to split apart
Custom: common practice, special treatment
First degree: the best burn, the worst murder charge.

Congress.
A body of lawmakers who pass laws to benefit the citizens.
A body of lawmakers who pass laws to benefit themselves.
My favorite example of this type of word is “Swipe”. When I was growing up it meant stealing, nowadays it means paying for something with a card.
^^ To your point; Tap
You get water from the tap
You tap your card to pay for somoething
There was also the five finger discount when someone swiped something by not paying for it. In joey’s case it means that he or his helpers swiped his ass after dropping a deuce in his pants.
^^^ They must be using The Bank Of Turdistan Brown Card… or how to buy a politician…
“Justice” now has a completely opposite meaning from the original when Communists use it, not sure if that counts…
“And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.”
Isaiah 59:14
…truer words never spoken, for so too have equity and truth been turned on their heads, perhaps they now are contrary to themselves too…
This doesn’t fit exactly, but…
Years ago our small town cop stopped me for whatever I was doing (could have been one of a dozen things). He apparently didn’t have his ticket book so he told me to stop by the office the next day “to get your citation”. I said, “You mean you’re giving me an award for this? Far out!” He was not amused.
@Harry
You can tap your card to pay for something nowadays
Unless you have zero balance. Then you’re tapped out
What about beer taps?
Boobs:
Two idiots you never want to see again.
Two things you want to see again and again.
What about beer taps?
Drink up Shriners!
Inflammable can mean capable of becoming inflamed or not “burnable”
HANDLE
“What’s your handle, good buddy”
“I can’t handle it”
“That’s a sturdy car door handle”
Prick, you can prick your finger, but you can’t finger your prick.
F
F you, you Fing F.
STAY
“Can they stay overnight?”
“A stay went out of fashion in the 1800s”
How about inflammable & flammable.
I know, not a contronym, just always fascinated me…
