Things were better when men brought home the bacon and women cooked the bacon.
For several years now I’ve been harping on women as paramedics, firefighters, cops, etc. because they can’t do the job. I’ve seen them not be able to put someone in an ambulance, seen them about get other firefighters killed because they’re not strong enough to handle a fire hose and have seen them get their ass kicked because they weren’t strong enough to fight off a criminal and too damn slow on pulling their weapon.
Then when you give them any sort of power they get the no penis syndrome, similar to the small penis syndrome except worse.
We need real men in power, real men doing those jobs, not queers, men pretending to be women or women.
I can handle a gun, lift a bale of hay and throw a 50 lb sack of feed over my shoulder(although the older I get the harder that is to do), but I’m still not strong enough to do those jobs and neither would I ever try.
Thw Wicked Witch of the East Wing can expect her DEI Demwit female top SS agent “appointee” to be kicked to the curb way before President Trump gets back into office. She failed her, “you had one job…” assignment.

…you’re not wrong here, but you’re not entirely right either.
I served with a municipal FD in the ’80s and ’90s, when women were starting to push into “mens occupations”, but without the legal and social hysteria of tHe MoDeRn ErA, and so without any huge advantage from government. They kinda wanted women there so they could get progressive cred in the local media, but didnt really push to make it happen. This wasnt a big city FD with big city pay either, paid by day and volley by night, so there wasnt that sort of financial incentive in play either.
Into this we had a grand total of four female FF/EMTs at that time, in a department that required every FF to train and take Squad shifts, but allowed Squad only.
Three of the gals did both initially, with the oldest being a Squad captain and trainer who did not run fire. One was married to a guy already in the department, another a mother of a guy in the department, and the other 2 including the Captain rather short, single gals.
The married gal was objectively not a liitle girl, and could hold her own with the guys as she wasnt that different in size and weight, but you’d have to sit her down awhile between attacks as she got winded. The mother tried fire for awhile, mostly staying outside, but went to squad only fairly quickly. The tiny little girl had a huge heart and she could search the hell out of under beds and closets and basements because she fit better even packed up, but no one pretended shed be pulling 300 pound men out of burning houses and you couldnt give her a hose nozzle because she didnt have the muscles or mass to withstand the reaction force, but stick her in an upside-down collapsed roof car and watch her go!
No, these gals were by and large not suited for interior firefighting and largely admitted it, but they were squad members par excellence. Women have a natural affinity to being nurtuers and healers, which is part of the reason they dominated nursing originally, and more importantly patients responded better to women medics in many situations, particuarly other women, but everyone has atavistic memories of Mom bandaging their scraped knee, and this carried over into more serious situations even as adults, at least in my experience.
If you had a woman patient who was a victim of an assault, sexual or otherwise, obviously she would be more open and honest with another women; pediatic patients would ofteb respond like it was Mom to them, and male patients didnt have too much inherent shyness towards women except for certain crotchetal issues, but if there was any concern the patient might be hostile to women the woman would then switch to drving while the man crewed the box.
As for handling cots and physically moving patients and such, there were a lot of tricks you could employ about leverage and body mechanics to manipulate larger patients, and the cots were mecanical but had their own design features that would help with loading, but honestly there were patients so large that a MAN couldnt handle them alone either, so happily you were never alone. Cops were usually there first, and we had captains and lieutenants who would take turns acting as First Responders in a separate vehicle, there were a minimum of two people on a squad and sometimes three for training, you could always call for more manpower, and if it was a fire or car accident there were a ton of men and machines who would respond automatically anyway, so packaging and loading the patient generally wasnt a problem.
More modernly, if less officially, where I work now has a large female contingent in the line worker workforce, and I still take care of the occasional emergent patient as a side gig as an industrial first responder. Because further that a large part of those are Muslimas with language barriers and both male and female Muslims can get butthurt about a man touching one of their women even in an emergecy, I still have certain women I turn to to do the actual contact parts when possible so I dont set up for some Islamic honor killing or something.
And also modernly, while I dont crew an ambulance myself any more I still occasionally work with those who do, and the kids on ambulances today have battery-operated cots, powered appliances that do the chest compressions FOR them, and barely package patients with heavy-ass backboards any more, so the job aint as physical as it once was.
So to sum, while I mostly agree with you that the majority of women are not the best physical fit for some firefighting roles, I belive then as now that women are actually an asset on the medical side and dont have an issue with them serving in those roles at all, as long as a man is on short call somewhere along the line should a little more muscle be required.
