It was a plot. We’re going to find out that Jill Biden was the mastermind.
That video was taken by one of the people who was shot. He was actually hit twice.
There doesn’t need to be an intricate plot, a patsy, and a convoluted plan that involves the shooter, etc.
They simply do not have to stop someone. And if they could not spot that guy at that distance on that roof AFTER PEOPLE ARE YELLING THAT THERE IS A SHOOTER, then we have a unit that is not committed to saving Trump’s life.

Maybe that explains the actions of the counter sniper on the roof behind President Trump anxiously looking through his scope and then suddenly acting shocked. I bet he thought that crooks was a “good guy”.

Who is inventing stories?
The video shows that the Secret Service should have easily seen the guy.
They did not secure the area. They left an easily accessible rooftop unmanned. The shooter got off 8 shots with a pair of snipers looking right at him.
It’s not “made up” to say that they did not treat Trump as precious cargo.

There’s no effing way a 130 yard shooting lane was left wide open unless it was intentional. Period, end of story.

There is now a ‘new’ video from behind Trump that shows the Shooter running on the roof.
The video was confiscated for analysis by Quantico (most likely) and the phone was returned to the owner.
It shows what happened.
One shooter, ran across the roof making loud noise to anyone inside. He then went down to a shooting position.
That’s all that can be seen.
Another video from behind the SHOOTERS BUILDING was also confiscated and returned.
You can match Trump Speech and the transcript from LIVE broadcasts to match the EXACT TIMES to EVERY video with audio.
The ONLY issues is the RECORDING units FRAME RATE and sync drift along with NTSC v ATSC and frame RATES.
30, 60, 29.97, 24, 24 AND VBR (Variable Frame Rates, used mostly for MP3 Audio.
It’s complicated but yet easy for people with the SKILLS.

This could possibly have been a witness of one of the head shots seeing it. Perhaps the man in the stands wife had rolled him off and saw an awful sight.

Trump was twice blessed. It looks like the shooter’s first position in the video would have placed a shot directly into Trump even with a head turn. But then he moved to the right, creating the saving angle that allowed the bullet to graze Trump’s ear. IMHO

The shooter saw this but could not see down
He would have had to raise up slightly to aim farther down.
