Pete Rose’s cause of death was revealed on Tuesday by the Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner.
Corner Melanie Rouse determined that Rose died of natural causes stemming from hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, according to a statement.
Diabetes was also cited as a contributing factor, according to the coroner’s findings.

Now put him in the hall of fame where he belongs. It was a lifetime ban not an eternal ban.
Don’t believe he Died peacefully in his sleep. How much pain was there up until this. Complications from diabetes can be extremely painful. Also a bad heart can cause random shooting pain anywhere in the body.
Was he vaxed?
I never believe coroners reports when it comes to cardio related causes of death now.

…depends on the state. Many jurisdictions place any nonhospital death under the authority of the coroner, and an autopsy is at his discretion and requires no consent.

The cause(s) of death are up to 3 deep on death certificates. The primary cause of death for my mom was heart attack, but it was COPD that really got her. And don’t forget about the car accident victims etc. that died from Covid.
