  1. Thank you Claudia!

You don’t often find a Golden Doodle at a shelter. She is the most gently loving dog and I am blessed by her. She has become a shadow companion to my mom (87) who is under my care 24/7. When she was found as a stray, it was evident she had very recently had a litter though none was found near her, fearing she was abandoned after a litter-for-profit. We think she an F1 Golden Doodle meaning her parents were pure bread poodle and pure bread golden retriever, she sheds her undercoat a lot!

Oh, and I did get her a new pink collar more fitting for a doodle princess.

  2. Hey, where’s my entry? We’ve been waiting to see it.
I wanted to memorialize our 2 original boy cats who both died this year.
I sent the pics and followed instructions.

Oh, no! When did you email them? I looked back at my email and don’t see pictures of two cats. Send me an email without the pictures to crittersiotwr@earthlink.net and see if I get it. Sometimes I have trouble getting images that people send, but I always let them know.

If I get your email w/o the pictures, then we can try it again and I’ll look for it. If it doesn’t show up, I’ll give you my personal email. – Claudia

  3. Every Sunday with a Sunday Critter is a good reminder that people’s pets make their pet owners better humans. They keep us entertained and exercised, humorous and humane, grounded and soaring, and they are a great way to meet interesting, like minded people. They also remind us that life is a gift.

  4. Over the years the more I’ve interfaced with humans the more I’ve come to appreciate our animal friends.

And yes, even our waterfowl friends like Mallards or Canadian Geese on Thanksgiving or Christmas.
