  1. Either life is sacred or it isnt.

The baby killers say it isnt.

So that applies to life in all its stages.

If you can kill inconvenient babies, then its just a shor step to killing inconvenient elderly, inconvenient crippled, inconvenient retarded, and inconvenient mentally ill.

See Canada’s MAiD program for further details.

Coming to a Government “health care” system near you.

  2. The abortionists are mad if women are required to look at an ultrasound of their baby or listen to it’s heartbeat. They squeal like stuck pigs when anyone gives an accurate description of a late term abortion, then have the gall to call it ‘reproductive healthcare’. It’s friggin’ bizarro world

  3. Women who want to kill their babies are avoiding the consequences of their own actions.
They don’t have to be out having sex. It is a choice.
They’ll tell you it’s a choice to not smoke cigarettes but no one’s going to not have sex. They are liars. It’s all choice.
If they don’t want to keep their legs at 6 o’clock it’s a choice.
To not use birth control is a choice.
They’re even getting bold about talking about killing babies after birth.
Satan has used culture to instill a belief that killing babies is okay and it is a battle between good and evil.
    Everything is.

  4. If Y’all are gonna start makin sense around here, I’m goin home!

Yes, you all are right. Calling an embryo just a clump of cells is a de-humanizing tactic to justify killing, just like radicals and dictators call people animals, pigs, dogs, termites, insects, etc somehow gives permission to kill people. It’s no different.

    Duly added. Thanks geoff!

  6. Is there anyone else here who actually has lobbied in state legislatures against pro-abortion bills? Didn’t think so.

We lose abortion anti-lobbying by saying stuff like “life is sacred”. No, it’s not. We kill and eat formerly living plants and animals. “Human life” then, is sacred? No, it’s not. We send innocent boys off to be killed and maimed in war, we adhere to notions of justifiable homicide for self-defense and punishment, and we harvest organs from living individuals for transplant using a bogus theory of “brain death”.

As far as arguably arrogantly considering humans “sacred” but not any other “life”, well that’s referential to specific religions and not everyone believes in them, so it doesn’t work as a rationale for any law in a country that is not a theocracy.

“Clump of cells?” Never met anyone who thinks this. “Heartbeat?” post-primitive peoples, hearts are special, why? Not more than brains or nerves or livers. Not to mention now we’re going circular again because lots of non-human animals have hearts; earthworms have five.

There are many good arguments against most abortions but they aren’t heard, or they are shouted down as imperfect (enemy of the good) because anti-abortion absolutists insist on using what doesn’t work.

I spent decades on these issues post-Roe, and I’m sick of the ignorant parroting of lines that don’t work. Now, post-Dobbs, I’m sick of the loud and ignorant reinvigorating of them, which only reinvigorates the left, while our country hangs on a precipice.

  7. well put janitor. the perspective should be infinity. no other signs of life in the universe, yet man marches on to self destruction. the natural man is an enemy to the creator. funny, the lost human civilizations in history have no explanation. like we cannot recognize our own self destructive nature. it is extremely evident. moral code is the only hope.

  8. What we have been dealing with for some time, especially after Darwin, is the idea that humans are no different than any other life on Earth. Since we are just the byproduct of slime climbing out of the goo of our primordial planet, human life is NOT sacred.

By replacing Creation with Evolution, man has tried to erase the special place of mankind in God’s creation. When reading the Creation events in Genesis, we find out that God created everything by his WORD.

The ONLY created thing that wasn’t done that way was mankind. Adam was formed BY GOD’S HANDS and then made alive by BREATHING HIS SPIRIT INTO HIM.

THAT is what makes mankind special and sacred.
