Biden Pardons Hunter for All Crimes Committed Over the Last 10 Years

AP

President Joe Biden pardoned his son, Hunter, sparing the younger Biden a possible prison sentence for federal felony gun and tax convictions and reversing his past promises not to use the extraordinary powers of the presidency for the benefit of his family.

The Democratic president had previously said he would not pardon his son or commute his sentence after convictions in the two cases in Delaware and California. The move on Sunday night comes weeks before Hunter Biden was set to receive his punishment after his trial conviction in the gun case and guilty plea on tax charges, and less than two months before President-elect Donald Trump is set to return to the White House. 1. It’s not like he has to worry about his legacy, going down as the most incompetent ineffectual president in the history of the universe.

Hunter strikes me as a mean whiny narcissistic little bitch (like father, like son) and poor Joe would not get a minute’s peace at family gatherings. Jill was probably on his ass as well,”He is just doing what you taught him, keep him out of jail, or no pudding cups for you.”

  2. IANAL, but I don’t believe that the pardon precludes Hunter as witness. Can’t he still be questioned (I prefer “interrogated”) about events and acts for which he’s been pardoned. Furthermore, if he becomes a witness under oath, doesn’t the pardon prevent him from refusing to answer questions on the grounds that he can’t be required to incriminate himself?

Probably a fantasy, but wouldn’t declaring him a material witness allow him to be locked up until he sings?

…nice of him to admit at least 10 million Communists are criminals anyway…would.t be a bit surprised if Pedo did it too…of course, if we actually have honest trials with actual evidence next year it can be proved Pedo was never a legit president then EVERYTHING he did while squatting was null and void INCLUDING pardons…

  4. The way he (his handlers) wrote it the prick is pardoned from any criminal behavior even if it hasn’t been identified yet.
I don’t think that can be done. That would be like a future license for anyone to commit any crime imaginable knowing the “president” will pardon them (for “whatever”) during his last days in office.

  5. bullshit…
    Bullshit…
    BULLSHIT!!!…

The only good news here is that Trump can now suffer no consequences for pardoning all the J6ers on day one of his presidency. And all that will happen is that the legacy news media will just act like the total whores everyone knows they are by now.

They’re actually defending this bullshit, unprecedented TEN YEAR unconditional pardon. Basically, Hunter could’ve done any number of interstate crimes in the past ten years and it would all be jake. JFC.

  6. Well Biden has managed to destroy the Democratic Party even more with this Blanket Pardon leaving only the Wacky Leftists to run the show.

Patel needs to go after the Big Guy with proof of his kickbacks, laundering, blackmail, extortion, etc. and get his crack-addled son drug in due to aiding and abetting Daddy in all of this in such a way that the Blanket Pardon he just got will not apply. When convicted all family assets need to be seized and let Jill live in a trailer with a job working as a Greeter at Woke Target.

  7. All this will do is just cement joey’s corrupt, crime ridden presidency as the worst ever in American history. I have less than zero respect for bidumb, he’s even lower than obummer, slick willie, LBJ and Woody Wilson combined in his absolute corruption of the presidency. Good luck joey, explaining all this to God when you finally croak, I wouldn’t want to be you, you can’t bribe your way out of this one.

  8. As Jethro said, I thought someone had to be charged in order to be pardoned. Giving a blanket pardon for things that have not yet been identified is not something the President can do.

Also, the President cannot pardon someone for non-federal crimes as I understand it.

At least these are things we were told when it came to Trump and how there were 47 ways to Sunday for convicting him for SOMETHING.

  9. Fine, let it go. As soon as uber-bitch “Dr” Jill kicks off, ‘ol Hunter will get hold of the dark money they received (for Joe not running again) and he will be dead within a week of cocaine, diseased hookers and ripped-off pimps.

  10. Hunter is the rotten, stinking, steaming road-apple that didn’t fall far from the horse’s ass known as the grinning imbecile Jackass Joe… you know, the venal, racist bastard who loves to drink, tell off-color 7-11 jokes, gives dull parties, cheap presents, nothing to charity, can’t count past three and plays mumbley-peg with dim-witted Vice Presidents. I mean is it any real surprise to anyone that this Asshole actually PIMPED OUT HIS OWN SON for his own political and financial gain and would lie yet again along with the backing of the obedient Talking Toilet Brush (KJPTTB) who repeatedly said that Biden would NOT pardon his son… SIX TIMES! The Complicit, Bought & Paid For, Knee-Pad Media’s credibility was lost years ago, but this one really serves to create a concrete monument to their complicit lies and complete corruption!
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaannd again, everybody knows that if this was one of Trump’s kids this would be the biggest news ever with relentless wall-to-wall coverage 24-7 for YEARS!!

…he HAD to go back 10 years to end any prosecution for his Burisma treasons and those by extension of dear ol’ Pedo Joe…

Not true. Gerald Ford’s pardon of Richard Nixon illustrates the point. There’s quite a bit of verbiage about Watergate and what Nixon might be indicted for, but here’s the key part:

Now, THEREFORE, I, GERALD R. FORD, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.
