  1. How was Hunter’s legal troubles an example of “lawfare”? Hunter Biden is an example of the exact opposite of lawfare; he escaped any prosecution for decades precisely because of his political connections. If ANY private citizen had committed any one of his dozens of crimes they would have spent years in prison. Trump and his allies, on the other hand went through hell at the hands of politically motivated DAs using “novel” political theories, and democrat legislatures using tricks like converting misdemeanors into felonies and extending the statute of limitations .
