Let us hope and pray that with his passing the congressional RINO’s will also gain the distinction of extinct.

Good grief – and I thought the voters in Massachusetts were idiots (hint: they are) but Kentucky – seriously? WTF????
News flash – you ain’t the Pope and you ain’t the Queen. You’re not supposed to die in office. Jeez, Mitch, dude, you’ll still get your big show in the rotunda and all the ceremony a little man could want even if you do the right thing. This is not a partisan thing – both Ted Kennedy and John McCain refused to resign as they died from cancer even though they were no longer doing the people’s work. Apparently, it is not necessary to have two senators – maybe DOGE could eliminate half of the senate and all the staff and needless extravaganza that goes along with them.

Term limits and/or age limits. Because of medical advances that only look good.

Earth to Mitch, earth to Mitch………….

term limits
the unitary covers for themselves. look what the rinos conspired with dems to allow the office of the president to become. the congress is in the same shape.

His widow will get a payout equivalent to one year of his salary if he dies in office. One last slurp from the gravy bowl.

He is at least 20 years past his sell by date.

How about instead we have an IQ test and a civics test after a certain age every year.

“How about instead we have an IQ test and a civics test after a certain age every year.”
Is that for politicians, or voters, or both. Because the dumbass voters keep re-electing all these assholes.
10
Those calling for term limits need to rethink that. Examine the mess we now have because of the feel-good ‘I get to vote for my senator’ 17th Amendment.
We have term limits now…they are called elections.

And a term-limited politician will be totally unaccountable for their votes, spending or behavior in their final term.
2
Term Limits.
And cut back those Golden Pension packages. They’re public servants not gods.

turtle man does what a turtle can!
3
An IQ test would be a real hurdle for most of these rejects that couldn’t make it in the public sector.
3
Civics and IQ tests?
They’d cheat at those, too.
3
As long as he remains in office his staff will have jobs. Shame on them. And on his wife.

He’s one of the only old, feeble people I have ZERO sympathy for. He needs to pay for his treason.

I’m wondering how much of his exuberant funds gathered from being a Senator is also funding the “Republican” party in Kentucky.
He should have been primaried three decades ago…

Turtle McConnell has been on “welfare” for every term he’s served. Taxpayers pay for his time in office. Has McConnell really done anything on behalf of Kentucky voters that’s been significantly beneficial all these years? I think not.
During his time in office, the Uniparty RINO has probably enriched himself through kickbacks, tax evasion, lobbying, foreign deals and insider trading, etc. Now, he’s old and in bad shape and won’t leave the Senate unless he’s forced out or dies. Greed beyond comprehension.
The taxpayers are going to foot the bill for his long term health care. He more than likely won’t be using much of his ill gotten gain or pension for medical bills. A very good reason why his constituents should be screaming for “term limits”.
He’s fine.
Hey your brain is on fire.
