Out of curiosity, what is the prognosis for an 84 year old woman whose does NOT break her hip? Is it much better?
That’s what happened to my mom. Six months after she broke her hip, she was dead.
But she was 93 and not in great health.
If she fell down the stairs, than a woman her age will have head injury. Not a good prognosis.
Downside may be that Newsom gets to pick her replacement instead of the Cali voters. I don’t wish her any ill will with her condition, but I wonder how addicted she must be to the Power of being in Congress to run for re-election at her age.

I’m just fine being among the petty to hope this doesn’t kill her but that she lives a long enough time that every weather change, every cold day, every step, twist, bend, and seat causes her constant discomfort and pain. enough pain that she no longer enjoys her waking hours and enough pain that her hours of sleep are diminished. pain that’s not masked by medications, and the gnawing, burning aggravation that comes from prolonged torment without reprieve. pain that limits her ability to continue tormenting the people of this country and pain that rapidly extinguishes her ill gotten fortune as she searches for any relief.

I broke by femur when I was in my fifties and still in pretty good shape. I as on disability for five months, it’s not easy getting back on your feet. Komrade Nanski needs to watch mixing her pain meds with booze.

I won’t repeat what I said to that raghead mofoo, but I did feel better. My mother passed 2 days later. I wasn’t allowed to say goodbye due to not being jabbed. Ha! The hospital got fined $10 million for overbilling.
