According to the US Postal Inspector Service, the scam is simple: Someone sends you a text claiming your USPS package can’t be delivered because some information is missing.
The scammers, according to the USPS, provide a link (which you should not click on) where they ask you to provide some personal information. More
I have been getting these in my Junk E-Mail for a few years now. USPS, UPS, and FEDEX plus other shippers. Nothing on my cell phone yet because I refuse to use it to buy anything.
democrat scum
Almost as big a scam as Washington DC…
I’ve gotten about five messages like this. Each one got a response in the order of “Go fuck yourself you turd world trash.” And then gets blocked.
The post office just figured this out? No wonder they lose as much mail as money.
Been getting these for years in the 51st State.
Latest was yesterday.
I know it’s scam because USPS wouldn’t be that helpful in finding a lost item.
unusually stupid postal scammers
This scam is older than Neil Cavuto’s suit.
I get this message, My reply F you scammer.
I feel left out. I’ve NEVER got even one. I don’t have text.

The USPS lost a rear sight for a Enfield Mk4 that was coming to me. It was a trainwreck.
“What did the package look like?”
“How the hell should I know? I wasn’t the sender.”
“Well, we can’t find it if we don’t know what it looks like…”
“Bullshit. If you find any package with my name on it, send it to me. It’s a tiny part, so probably a small envelope. How the fuck does that help?”
