MRC: There is a lot of significant activity occurring south of the border, with massive implications for the United States. And yet, so-called “legacy media” can’t bring themselves to cover it.
Earlier this week, we told you about the head of the Sinaloa Cartel, and his demand to be repatriated to Mexico, which garnered briefs on Univision and Telemundo, and nothing at all on the legacy evening newscasts at ABC, CBS, and NBC.
Now, there is news of a massive handover of wanted Mexican fugitives into United States custody, including Rafael Caro Quintero, wanted for the 1985 torture and murder of DEA agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena. Only CBS covered this story. And by “covered”, I mean “buried it in their Evening News Roundup”: more
If “legacy media” did cover it would anyone hear it?
Thee Legacy Media’s lack of reporting anything positive regarding Trump is just causing them to dig their own graves without Headstones.
If you watch legacy Media, you are not informed.
Numerous social media outlets, particularly on “Rumble.com” & Truth Social provide free speech and real news that isn’t paid for by USAID or the Democrat Party.
“Legacy” is too complimentary for the lying liars of old media. How about “erstwhile media” or, if you want high-falutin’, “quondam media”? Or we could stop pussy-footing around and call them “lying liar media”.
And while I’m at it, using just the one word “media” has always irked me a bit. We used to refer to the “news media” but somehow “news” got dropped (in more ways than one). So maybe “dying lying news fakers” would be best, although it’s a little long for convenience.
Whatever we call ’em, they make me think of a sort-of govt-issued perverted Flapper like those in Gulliver’s Travels. They arrogantly presume to decide what gets transmitted.
Not sure that’s a win. We have to try and house these criminals on taxpayer money. Also they are going to NY and a judge there probably lets them out on no cash bail (hopefully I’m wrong here). When convicted, then incarcerated indefinitely at taxpayer expense. Winning is not an option in this scenario.
