GP: The DC Circuit Court of Appeals allowed President Trump’s firing of Hampton Dellinger to proceed.

The appeals court granted a motion to stay Judge Amy Berman Jackson’s order reinstating the Biden holdover.

The three judge panel included: Henderson (George W. Bush appointee), Millett (Obama appointee), and Walker (Trump appointee). more here

Hampton Dellinger is one motivated muther focker. Who’s financing his defense? I think that should be public record. Also, SCOTUS is now compromised.
