Hands Down the Dumbest Member of the Supreme Court

Red State

For years, the general consensus on the right has been that Sonia Sotomayor is the most vapid Justice on the Supreme Court, and certainly, there’s been plenty of evidence to that effect. Who could forget that time she compared mutilating children under the guise of “gender-affirming care” to taking an aspirin?

But Ketanji Brown Jackson exists, and that means Sotomayor was never long for her throne. Appointed by former President Joe Biden, Jackson infamously claimed she couldn’t define what a woman is because she’s “not a biologist” during her confirmation hearing, and it’s been all downhill from there. More recently, she completely misrepresented the basic facts in a case involving whether parents can opt out of LGBT lessons in school. More

  1. I’ve said it before. She’s on the court until she decides to retire or until she dies. We need term limits. If for nothing else, at the very least based on age.

Term limits are just too scary for many folks so the status quo remains in place.

  2. She’s got the job, she’s got the pay, she’s got the perks, she’s got the summer off, she’s already got the book deal. She can say stupid things, she can say nothing. The job is hers.

  3. I’m hoping the other justices can shame her into retirement. With any luck Sotomayor will have to step down because of health reasons. That would leave only Kagan and she’ll left with Roberts and often times Comey Barrett to share ideology with.

  4. They most certainly are NOT NUMEROUS, but losers like this have got to piss off the capable black women who have actually gotten promoted because of their capabilities. Affirmative action absolutely hurts the most capable…but the fact that so few are actually capable doesn’t seem to be something anyone wants to work on or admit.

  5. From the article: “There are only two viable explanations here. The first is that Jackson is truly this much of a legal lightweight and doesn’t have the capacity to understand basic parts of her job as a Supreme Court justice, including being able to understand what issue the court is ruling on. That’s certainly possible given her history of jurisprudence and the fact that she was placed in her position because Biden pledged only to nominate a black woman for the job.

The other option is that Jackson is so insanely partisan that she’d see the judiciary burned to the ground to prop up her left-wing ideology. Neither is good, considering she has a lifetime appointment. ”

There’s a third option that I think is true: Both stupid and partisan.

  6. This right here is the poster child for wokeism and DEI. It doesn’t have what it takes to pour piss out of a boot if instructions were printed on the heel without fucking it up, yet it is the face Democrats put on their woke tomfuckery. That tells you all you need to know.

  7. IMO The only realistic hope is for the right person to make her an offer she can’t refuse, and Just. Cabbage steps down “for health reasons” of “to spend more time with her beloved houseplants.”

  9. The only good part of all this is that Kagan and Sotomayor will become more suspect of taking the moron’s side on any future decisions out of fear have having their name associated with whatever moronic opinion that insufferable dumbass bint KBJ writes.

“We should have open borders cuz o’ racism in shiat, yo!… full stop. QED”

  10. One stat I remember from Sonya, 80% of the cases she referred to the Supreme Court were denied Obviously a high caliber pick forBarry. She lacks constitutional authority because the appointer had none to give.

  11. I can now rest easy knowing that I was a better law student than at least one and probably two Supreme Court Justices (to include Sotomayor)

That’s not a joke*, BTW That is an actual fact. ASU Class of ’82

*(Obviously, because it wasn’t even remotely funny)
