For the Win
These fish are invasive species and the state urges fishermen to kill them “in the name of fish and wildlife conservation,” the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control stated.
Jason Wise of Bear established the first state record for flathead catfish by catching one from Lums Pond that weighed 33 pounds, 15.68 ounces. And Dyllan Rust of Harrington landed a 15-pound, 8-ounce northern snakehead, which beat the previous record by 11 ounces. He made the catch at Marshyhope Ditch outside of Harrington. More
But what about the invasive, land-based species from Somolia?
If these invasive species have no natural predators maybe we should introduce their natural predators. There, fixed it.

I know an old lady who swallowed a fly.
I don’t know why she swallowed a fly.
Perhaps she’ll die.
I know an old lady who swallowed a spider
That wriggled and jiggled and tickled inside ‘er.
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly
But I don’t know why she swallowed the fly.
Perhaps she’ll die.
I know an old lady who swallowed a bird.
How absurd to swallow a bird!
She swallowed the bird to catch the spider
That wriggled and jiggled and tickled inside ‘er.
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly
But I don’t know why she swallowed the fly.
Perhaps she’ll die.
I know an old lady who swallowed a cat…
Lesson – don’t F’ with nature! It is, by definition, unnatural!
We have two rivers that run together and form a larger river. I’ve heard from divers in the area that see catfish that will push 6 feet.

The similarities to this and what Joe Biden and company did to our border are incredible. Kill ALL invasive species.
I live near the Mississippi River. There are flathead cats that can swallow a man burrowed into the mud below dams and spillways. Snakeheads, however are ugly, nasty fish that destroy the eco system and should be eliminated.
If I remember correctly, the snakehead is an especially nasty Asian fish that got released into North American waters. They’re basically Asian piranha.
