They keep using the word ‘euthanized’ and they’re using it wrong. That word means ‘mercy killing’ and there was NOTHING merciful about it. The State of New York KILLED the squirrel and raccoon for no good reason, solely to teach those commoners a lesson about who’s the boss.
Doesn’t animal cruelty sometimes involve jail time? Those bastards should be sued AND indicted.

As corrupt as the courts are…especially in New York…odds of them winning are tiny. And even if they do any compensation they get will STOLEN AT GUNPOINT from the taxpayers. The people criminally responsible for this insanity won’t suffer a bit.
Just keep it in the news as long as possible. The damage to the Democrat brand crossed into their core constituencies hard.

Can we give the same treatment to criminal illegals that P’nut and Fred got. This example of police state over reach doesn’t seem to bother the libs any.
Don’t sue the agency. That money would come from the budget, which comes from the taxpayer.
Sue the individuals involved instead. Make it come out of THEIR PERSONAL pockets.
I read somewhere (sarcasm may have been involved) that the squirrel and racoon were living in the house illegally.
