Alex Jones will be forced to use his assets with Infowars in order to pay over $1 billion in debts to the families of the victims from Sandy Hook, a court has ruled.
A receiver appointed by the court will be responsible for taking over the assets and selling them off to pay the families, according to a court order from Judge Maya Guerra Gamble in Austin signed on Wednesday.
Alex Jones’ media outlet, Infowars, under Free Speech Systems LLC, filed for bankruptcy protection in 2022 after being ordered to pay nearly $1.5 billion to relatives of the victims of the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. The families had sued Jones for defamation after he falsely claimed the tragedy, which killed 26 people, was a hoax. Jones later withdrew the claim and issued an apology for his statements. Read more

31 mortgages paid off the say day, same county, after the ‘incident’.
The school had been closed for 8 years because of asbestos.
The parking lot had long outdated handicap markings.
The classrooms were full of totes with outdated teaching materials and expired calendars.
The principal was embalmed at 2 different funeral homes, and reportedly buried at 2 different cemeteries.
A “victim” ‘s family couldn’t help themselves and inadvertently took a family picture with Obama, including the”dead” child.
There was no record of the “shooter” anywhere before the incident.
There were no lawsuits, against the school district, the “shooter” ‘s father, or the gun manufacturer for 3 years after the incident, until a journalist pointed out how that’s usually the first thing that happens after mass shootings.
Father of a “victim ” copywriter his “dead” child’s name to prevent it from being published. Yet that child’s image has turned up in publications around the world.
Thes facts are just off the top of my head. They’re all verified.
It was an Obama administration false flag that went sideways because of amateur production and far too many loose ends.
Also consider the absolute ferocity in which Jones was legally pursued, how the judges had their thumbs on the scales and prevented exculpatory evidence, and Jones’ curiously incompetent legal representation, not to mention the galactic jury award, meant to serve as a warning to anyone else daring to challenge the official narrative. That’s an interesting tell itself.
Also, “Anonymous” way to take a stand btw, Alex Jones has made some very estute predictions that have come true, like the “attack on 9/11 and the scamdemic.
I’ve personally always considered Jones to be on the very fringe at best. We grew up in the same area. He’s very passionate about his beliefs. And he has some that are a stretch. I’m not really a fan, and not defending him, but the way the establishment went after him, personally, on this issue, while ignoring many others with the same view point is, interesting, isn’t it? Me thinks they both protest too much. And if they can do this to him, to they’ll do it to anyone.

This is a good example of what I call The New Communism Of The 21st Century as implemented by the Marxist administration of Jackass Joe. Now understand that I don’t even listen to Alex Jones because I can’t take listening to that voice of his, so Jones is irrelevant to me and this argument. The point is that NO one should be harassed, penalized, ostracized, blackballed or cancelled for having an opinion even if it is wrong.
