A man convicted of homicide as a teenager nearly 30 years ago is the new leader of Milwaukee’s violence prevention efforts.
Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson selected Adam Procell to lead the Office of Community Wellness and Safety.
Procell spent more than 20 years in prison for a gang-related homicide conviction in 1996.
Since his release in 2018, he has focused on helping others make the same transition back to society.
“I’m approaching this position as if it’s one of triage. When I completed the ‘Stop the Bleed’ training a year ago, I learned you have to apply heavy pressure on the wound. I don’t know if the community is ready for the pressure I’m going to apply. I told the mayor, ‘If the pressure I apply is too uncomfortable, no hard feelings, you can fire me,'” Procell said. More
And if that doesn’t work he’ll kill them…with kindness, hopefully. – Dr. Tar

Milwaukee? Are you fucking kidding me? The left armpit of Madison. The two combined equal the asshole of Wisconsin
Why not just go ahead and recruit the asshole who just killed three innocent people in Florida to head up the Wisconsin Department of Transportation while they are at it?
Well. It can’t get any worse.
