And the 55-year-old Ernst, who was first elected to the Senate in 2014, is expected to make an official announcement next week.

We are going to see a mass exodus of the Bush/Cheney wing of the progressive movement. They know that they are next in line once Trump/Team MAGA completes dismantling the Democrats. My first thought was… I bet she was someone who took USAID funds or the like, and they confronted her about it and ask her to step aside, rather than drag it out in front of the public.
