A lawsuit was filed this week in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas on behalf of two former workers who say they were fired from their longtime jobs and replaced with less qualified employees as part of a “racially discriminatory reorganization that targeted white employees.”
America First Legal (AFL) is suing on behalf of Kevin Taylor and Michelle Romak, who were ousted based on alleged discrimination over their skin color as a part of “radical diversity, equity, and inclusion mandates” that are clearly in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

…been that way for DECADES in Government. Look at the hiring practices in any bureaucracy on any level, in any police station, any firehouse, the post office, the DMV, etc., etc., usw., and youll find the “Whitey need not apply” signs have been up for GENERATIONS…
Reverse racism is a real thing. It’s just never acknowledged by the media who are for blacks first, last and always.
Anybody else think if they stopped hiring college graduates for important positions a lot of this stuff wouldn’t happen?
My dad owned and operated a Shell full-service gas station and garage from 1967 to 82 and we never had any of those problems. Of course it was a different time back then. Our biggest problem wasn’t with Shell itself but with Budget Oil the local supplier of all of our gas and oil products. Budget Oil now just runs convenience stores that sell gas as a sideline only which is the biggest reason my dad got out of the gas station business in 1982 and opened an independent auto service garage with my youngest brother.

That corporations and universities (I repeat myself) should do the same was entirely predictable. All of the above was predictable
What comes next is more of the same but concealed. The goal is to ingrain this in America so that it becomes a cultural norm and no less an icon than baseball and apple pie.

I think we deserve a name. We can guess the skin color. We could prove to them we all bleed red if yah catch my drift. Fucking racists. I can’t stand them. No matter their skin color.

We do indeed, Bad_Brad. Those jars are called “Lachrymatories”, and they go back thousands of years in the Torah. I haf never heard if them before, but I reckon they’re a familiar part of somebody’s cultural tradition.
That is the only name I have for you, but maybe it’s a clue as to the identity of the DEI commissar.
I am surprised that the “DEI Commissars” were not rushed to the ER for emergency surgery to remove a foreign object from their nether region.
