Jean Carrol is an incredibly odd person, to say the least. As I reported in Breaking the Law, she had a cat named Vagina (Vagina T. Fireball, to be exact) and she had a dog named Tits. Yet, Judge Kaplan, a committed leftist, kept this information out of the courtroom.
Why did he do that?
Carroll lives alone in the woods in a home she has dubbed “The Mouse House.” She gave it that name because of the rodents that live there. She decorated the outside of her property with garbage hung from a string. As of a few years ago, she drove a polka-dotted Toyota Prius. She paints rocks.
When asked about her daily routine, she said that every afternoon when she wakes up (yes, a woman in her seventies says she wakes up at noon) and screams to the heavens, “Thank God I don’t have children.” More

For good or for bad, I don’t see how someone can make any claim, with zero corroboration or evidence, and legally win a court case, even a tort case.
Unless, of course, the jury just ‘decides to find that way’. But regardless the jury, any judge presiding over such should be impeached and disbarred, clearly not following any written law.
Without knowing one single other thing about this woman, you have to dismiss her allegations. Even at the very pinnacle of youthful ‘beauty’, she’s just not POTUS Trump’s type. I’d never believe he’d go after her in million million years. I’m very open-minded, but I simply could never see that happening. First off, he doesn’t drink and has never done drugs, so that excuse is completely off the table. And that’s the ONLY way I could ever imagine such a lapse.
They went after the President for defaming Carroll and won a big ol’ settlement, but not for the rape case.
Update: An appeals court has upheld the settlement.

I expect this lawfare case to make its way to the Supreme Court, eventually.
When Dems claim this as the President committing rape and losing in court be sure to remind them of the false nature of their claim. They really like it when you correct them and inform them that it’s all going to get tossed by a higher court eventually.
