    …we had 25 people take the CPR/AED/First Aid course at my factory last time around.

    But its only about three of the same people any time there is an actual emergency.

    Not everyone who even wants to is capable of dealing with even minor bleeding, and this wasnt minor. I dont know how he hit her, stab, slash, or both but its pretty safe to say he at least hit a carotid/juglar, maybe even hit her trach so air bubbled through the blood.

    And she most likely lived long enough to realize she was dying, and her facial expressions and movements could be enough to freak a would-be Good Sam out. She’d go quick, but not immediately, and some folks wouldnt be able to bring themselves to step up until she stopped moving. Only in Hollywood can you have a victim lie quietly with their eyes closed, not distracting their rescuer with grimaces, noises, and literal death throes.

    And given the damage, even a trained rescuer would have difficulty figuring where to even start. Theres not a lot until you get to the spine thats going to offer much resistance to a sharp knife, and she wasnt big even in the neck muscle department so he’d do some catastrophic damage very quickly. Besides slashing or stabbing one or both large vessels on one or both sides, stabbing downwards could also cause junctional bleeds at the base of the neck, under the collarbone, etc., places where even tamponading bleeding is problematic; and there would be such volume even assesing where its coming from while there’s still sufficient blood for the heart to pump is going to be a daunting task.

    And folks do think of themselves first. Some folks worry about bloodborne pathogens, some folks worry about lawsuits, some folks cant stand the sight of blood, and some folks just dont give a shit.

    But no one knows what they can handle until they have to look it in the face, and Id wager few went out that morning expecting to have a pizza girl gorily murdered in front of them. Might take a minute to even process what happened.

    And yes, there are cowards. Some dont want to get involved for the reasons I said above, and some may even fear the large crazy Black man may be mad at THEM if they assist the apparent object of his ire and return to do THEM next. Most folks will literally cower away in the fear the homicidal maniac might notice THEM next.

    Folks should have stepped up, true. Some cant, and some wont, which is terrible because someone should at least TRY.

    But given the location and extent of the likely damage and the rapidity she probably bled out, it seems unlikely anyone could have changed her outcome.

    But it would have been nice if a Daniel Penny had stepped up and changed HIS.

  17. Being mentally ill and evil are not necessarily mutually exclusive. They can be present at the same time. In, fact mental instability is a perfect breeding ground for evil – the conditions of being criminally insane and demonically possessed for example. These conditions definitely apply in the case of a black racist, hoodrat psychopath who murdered a white woman – yes, because he’s also evil. He is weaponized by the left and it’s confirmed by his warped, wicked statement,”I got that white girl”.
    Now, here’s the paradox. In order for justice to be served, it has to be proven he is sane enough for trial, eliminating an insanity plea. Psycho medication should make it possible if allowed. Then, he can be dealt with exclusive as the demoniac criminal he truly is despite any underlying mental issues that might exist. This monster, he deserves the death penalty. Hopefully, the federal charges will help with that.

  18. SNS, I’m reading she did finally got some medical aide. Someone showed up 15 minutes after she was stabbed and wiped the weeping blood off her neck with a napkin as she lay on the floor dying. Awfully speculatory to guess what could have possibly happened with some compression and medical help on the way. Most of these stories have no effect on me. This ones got me lit. Her family just announced they would lay her to arrest in America because she loved the country so much. I guess we’re officially a third world shit hole. This won’t change until we charge these stooopid fucking judges as co conspirators. I’ve read it’s easy to do, it’s just nobody has tried it yet. Further more, this will continue to get worse. There’s a war on whitey. Perpetrated by white politicians. It’s reached epidemic proportions. No mater where you live, no matter how safe you think you are, guess again. If you can legally carry a firearm where you live and don’t. you’re part of the problem. That young woman reminds me a lot of my daughter at that age. Except my daughter never would have sat there and most likely could have kicked his ass. Very sad shit all the way around. These idiot judiciaries need to be dealt with harshly. I mean fucking jail time. Maybe they can share a cell with Soros and his faggot son.

    You have articulated (pretty well) the problems with the judiciary, but that is only one leg of the stool. The corruption is endemic throughout the entire criminal justice system, from the beat cop who is too lazy (or afraid of retribution from above) to actively pro-police, only responding (begrudgingly) after the fact, to the DA who installs no-cash bail and refuses to prosecute certain segments of society (ironically the same ones that commit most of the crimes), and the local legislative body, who could codify mandatory senetences and incarcerations if they wanted to.

    SNS did a good job of enumerating the difficulties of rendering aid, but if truth be told, the average citizen knows nothing of first aid and could not treat a paper cut. Even something as basic as ,”apply pressure and elevate” are beyond their abilities.

    Its not just the judges, unfortunately.

    His jury will be heavily, if not completely, Black. Not gonna be hard to find one or two that will put racial solidarity or race hatred to the fore and refuse to convict no matter what.

    Best they can get is likely a looney bin.

    And THAT will only be about 5 minutes or until everyone stops paying attention, whichever comes first.

    There is no justice other than what we make ourselves.

    But of the 8 places you can kill with a 1 inch cut, thats two of them.

    And the pump needs volume to operate in hypovolemic situations, so absent whole blood or a bulk enhancer like saline or Ringer’s, fluid dynamics alone make survival probematic in fairly quickly.

    You can pump her chest, but if its not a closed system and theres nothing to pump, the odds on survival are not great.

    But we still owe it to her, to her family, to each other, and most importantly to God to TRY.

    …theres a thing I once read about in a different context called the Great Medical Hedge that kinda applies here as well.

    If you do SOMETHING, she will probably die; but if you do NOTHING, she will DEFINITELY die.

    I will definitely take the “probably” over “definitely” any day of the week.

  27. What is most concerning to me is not that no one tried to give her medical aid. That no one held her hand, gave her a kind word, or prayed over her is what breaks my heart for this beautiful, precious girl.

    PS – I will not watch the videos, so I am going on what has been reported in multiple reports. I would really like to be wrong on this.

The DOJ charged Brown, ensuring he won’t be released again after signing a “promise to appear.” Republicans demanded the firing of Mecklenberg Magistrate Teresa Stokes, the most recent judge to inflict Brown back onto the Charlotte community, and who isn’t even a lawyer. For her part, Ms. Stokes seems to have gone into hiding.

    Readers wondered how magistrates can be allowed to decide things like releasing violent criminals without bond if they haven’t even passed the bar. The short answer is that a “magistrate” position is defined by local law. Magistrates help judges by relieving some of the less demanding judicial workload. In theory, they must be supervised by local judges. In practice, their courtrooms are the wild west of the law; a bizarro-world combination of Night Court and Judge Judy.

    In Mecklenburg, magistrates’ salaries are set between $56K and $100K, depending on years of service. Obviously, at a starting salary of $56K, Mecklenburg is not getting a lot of applications from practicing lawyers. Not good ones, anyway. According to its website, Mecklenberg has 38 listed magistrates, including Ms. Stokes, a mental-health services activist and NGO parasite who is utterly unqualified for the job (she got a law degree from Cooley Law School, but couldn’t pass the bar).
