President Trump announced early Friday that a suspect for Charlie Kirk’s assassination was turned in by his father — with law enforcement sources telling The Post it is a 22-year-old Utah local, Tyler Robinson.

“I think, with a high degree of certainty, we have him,” Trump told “Fox & Friends” during a live interview at the cable giant’s Manhattan studio, saying he heard just minutes before his 8 a.m. interview.

“Somebody who was very close to him turned him in,” the president said, then revealing it was the suspect’s dad who relayed it through “a minister who was involved with law enforcement.” More

  4. Watching the presser now. Kid was 22 years old. They just stated the kid confessed to Daddy he killed Charlie Kirk. The message on one unfired round stated something about Fascism. The last unfired round message was “If you read this you are Gay”.

  10. I see NOTHING that he is in custody. This morning’s press conference shows that they are certain of their ‘suspect’, but I don’t thing ‘We Got Him’ means that they have actually got him. Please show me if there is coverage stating that he is in custody.

  11. If he really is the assassin and they convict him, Utah has the Death Penalty. He needs to see the Firing Squad with the stipulation they use 22 cal. single shot rifles and use 100 rounds on him so he slowly bleeds out.

  19. I do not trust the FBI so I do not know if he is actually the culprit. Will he be given the Jack Ruby treatment prior to some public questioning? I refuse to believe this was a one-off – it was planned and had several co-conspirators. Where was the rifle when he jumped off the roof? Collapsible and hidden, you say? Did he then re-assemble it before he ditched it along his getaway route?

  22. mystaclean, I saw a surveillance video, posted on X, of the roof where the shooter was. It showed a man in black running to the edge of the roof and jumping off. As he stood up, he was carrying what looked like a black rifle bag.

    I looked for the post but couldn’t find it.

  25. A Mauser bolt action rifle cannot be ‘taken down’ in the field by removing the barrel from the receiver. In order to remove a barrel from a Mauser action it requires the specific tools and time to remove, and cannot be performed in the field on the fly (despite Michael Savage saying that’s possible). The stock can be removed in the field but that leaves an overall length of receiver/barrel assembly at least 28″, hardly concealable “in one’s pants leg” especially while dropping off a roof onto the ground. It certainly appears that when our “shooter” dropped off the roof he wasn’t carrying a barreled Mauser rifle action.

    So how did the murder weapon make it from the roof and into the woods???

    HOW did our patsy get onto the roof??? I can assure you that every roof on every building on every school campus is going to be locked securely with access limited only to authorized personnel. *Someone* was familiar with the roof access on that building and had previously scoped it out, indicating substantial planning. It’s a 3.5 hour drive one-way from our patsy’s home to UVU. We are expected to believe that a 22 y.o. kid became so motivated (to fuck up his own life) that he spent an entire day scoping out the location…right…

    HOW did our patsy get a LONG rifle that cannot be taken down through the Losee Center to the roof access without being noticed???

    The math isn’t working for me…

    Also, there was that jet that took off from Provo Airport one hour after Charlie Kirk was assassinated. The airport is located 12 minutes from Utah Valley University. During that flight, the pilot turned off their transponder and 45 minutes turned it back on and returned to Provo Airport. The owner of the plane is a man by the name of Derek Maxfield, who is a wealthy donor to the, get this, ”Chabad Lubavitch” of Utah. And we’re so post to believe that this patsy who was turned in by his father is the shooter. Not buying it.

  32. Folks please watch the video of him coming off the roof, you can clearly see something wrapped up the size of a rifle.
    I infest in aluminum foil, but this time I don’t think there’s anything up. FB photos clearly show he was raised around guns, that shot wasn’t hard and I will take Brad’s word for it because I refuse to watch the video of him being hit that the guy didn’t even make a good shot. I’ve seen others say the bullet ricocheted off the vest, again I’m not watching the video, so don’t know if it’s true or not, but knowing he was raised around guns, his father in LE, he wasn’t aiming for the neck, he was either aiming for the head or the chest.

    The left is who is to blame, regardless of how this kid was raised as we don’t know, he was either brainwashed or was already a leftist idiot and yes many come from conservative homes.     As for this kid they should give him his fair trial and immediately execute him by firing squad and stream it live to show others we’re tired of your shit.

  33. CTH is saying there was additional details in the probable cause affidavit indicating an accomplice to help dispose of the weapon. It seems the recruited accomplice didn’t follow through. That’s why the rifle was found in the woods.

    I listened to that entire press briefing and never heard anyone mention he disassembled the gun. In fact it was a big love fest between agencies and they never got into any particulars. I’ve read people here trying to ignite some conspiracy theories with some damn thin crap.
    Well here, I’ll give you something tangible. Take a look at where the scope is mounted on that rifle. Really bad spot for a prone shooter. Almost impossible.

  37. Folks, this was not a “Democrat” hit, although they are going to (I hope) suffer the consequences. This was (I believe) a Chabad Lubavitch/Mossad (with a bit of CIA) hit. Charlie has received a significant amount of money from interests tied to Israel. For a while he did a good job of communicating the company line, but lately he veered a bit. Talking about the genocide in Gaza, the killing of kids, remarking about none of the Prime Ministers of Israel since 1948 are from Palestine. All of them have changed their names and are from Eastern Europe. He talked about these things some. I think his leaving the reservation of what he was paid to do ruffled some feathers.

    Now I am reading that Ben Shapiro may be taking the reins at Turning Point? If that is true then that supports a Mossad hit.

  40. This kid who killed Charlie Kirk confessed to his family using specific details of how he did it. He ended up a leftist assassin through years of grooming by Marxist indoctrination during his education.
    His parents should have been proactive. Keeping his conscience focused on Godly principles and truths.

    Instead, they were poor stewards of his soul. They had to know he was a bad seed – corrupted by Satan. A spiritually corrective course needed to have been done through intervention and intercession. If so, he might not have been radicalized starting at an early age. Guess he was bound to be a psycho prodigal.

    Still, something in his so-called Christian family seems was way off and carnal. Now, his father and mother have Hell to pay. The father said just as much when he turn his homicidal son over to the police. God have mercy on those parents souls. They’re gonna need it.
