I thought I was guilty of spoiling my dogs, turns out I’m not even close to what that dog gets.

What’s wrong with that picture?
1. Too much salt
2. Useless calories = weight gain
3. Some items no doubt are toxic
4. Flatulence
4. Dog becomes spoiled brat and won’t eat normally

^^^ And the dog, too.

Our dogs on the farm ate great. Leftover boiled potatoes with gravy, vegetables, and roast beef that wasn’t enough to make another meal, plus fresh raw milk twice a day they shared with the cats, usually a couple gallons per day. Yes they all learned to eat together without fighting and all had full bellies.

My father-in-law after my mother-in-law died unexpectedly from kidney failure was pathetic as he had no one to care for him anymore. He was left alone with his yellow lab Polo who he spoiled by feeding him ice cream, my fil would take a scoop of ice cream for himself and then give one to Polo with the same spoon. Polo became obese but it was fortunate for him that one of my brother-in-laws took Polo in and nursed him back to good health with good food and plenty of exercise. As for my fil he got remarried but still didn’t have a clue of how to take care of himself. Polo lived to be about 15 or 16 and had a good long life for a yellow lab.

My dog won’t eat his food until my plate is clean. I’m good with that.

I just got back from the Grocery Store, and the shelves are looking THIN on Meat, Pork, Lamb, & Fish. People are buying LESS of these items due to STUPIDLY HIGH FOOD INFLATION & A VERY SHITTY CANUCKISTAN ECONOMY. (thanks Liberals)
SOON People will be begging for DOG FOOD!

But make sure that you have a can opener unless you want to eat dry dog food.

Most of us pamper our pets. That’s a good reason for having them. Some of our pets over the years like some human foods once in a while, some mostly prefer pet food. I give them whatever they want, with exceptions for food that is harmful to them.
Give them what they like and they give us their love in return.

Onions and garlic are toxic to dogs. Most people food has these as ingredients. Not good. Grapes are also toxic. Someone once was telling me how their dog eats oatmeal with raisins and I was like 😲. Don’t do that! He didn’t wanna listen. Poor dog.

Chocolate is also poisonous for dogs, please don’t feed your dog’s chocolate.

pets may whine, but they do not go into chuckie cheese/waffle house chimpout mode like some i could identify
