Nicholas Roske, who now identifies as “Sophie” and uses female pronouns, was sentenced to 97 months, roughly eight years, in federal prison on Friday for the attempted murder of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
The sentence, handed down by U.S. District Judge Deborah Boardman, a Biden appointee, comes despite prosecutors pushing for at least 30 years behind bars.
In June 2022, Roske, then 26, traveled from California to Maryland armed with a Glock pistol, tactical knife, zip ties, and other gear, intending to assassinate Kavanaugh in retaliation for the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
Roske was arrested outside the justice’s home after calling 911 on himself, expressing suicidal thoughts.

The only thing, as far as I can understand, is that this guy and all the others who have been pied-pipered into so-called “trans” solutions (made extremely vulnerable by their existing mental illness), is to hospitalize them in a psych hospital and get them real treatment for their mental illness(es). Rescue them and protect them from all their “trans-sympathetic” friends, therapists, social media, trans-activists, and Munchhausen-by-Proxy parents and family members. “Trans” ideology is exactly that – an ideology! And it’s another failed ideology just like Socialism.

Just make sure it gets placed in a Men’s Federal Prison. Let it be known to the other inmates they have a new Tranny member that thinks it is a woman. It will not make it 8 days let alone 8 years with the BUBBAS having their fun. Probably end up choking to death due to a plug being jammed down it’s throat so it can not breathe.

…we all want a harsher sentence, and it should be, but lets look at how we are conditioned here.
We want a harsh sentence because, SCOTUS judge.
We SHOULD be demanding harsher sentences for crimes against us ALL.
There are murderers who dont get 8 years in prison. There are child kidnappers and rapists that dont get 8 years in prison. Were this person have committed this same crime against ME, an ordinary blue-collar straight White Christian male in the Midwest with no political connections or high office, he’d get sentenced to time served at WORST, assuming they had even bothered to try him in the FIRST place.
The problem isnt just insufficient justice, but UNEQUAL justice as well.
We have been TRAINED to see Government employees of all stripes as somehow being on a higher level than the citizens they putatively “serve”, and therefore more worthy of better deterrence via more severe sentencing than you or I are.
Thats why Democrats dont fear their own monsters, they know the system is rigged to protect specifically THEMSELVES, and so do their pets.
Would that we were ALL deemed worthy of agressors against us being similarly sentenced, perhaps there would be less agressors against us, or at least they would be out of commision longer than they are right now…
