Astronomers said 2025 PN7, estimated to be around 62 feet in diameter with a magnitude of about 26, is the smallest and least stable of the celestial bodies previously identified as quasi-moons of Earth.  

2025 PN7 is expected to be a quasi-satellite of Earth for the next 60 years, according to astronomer Adrien Coffinet, and has been quasi for about the last 70 years. It went undetected for years because it is faint and small, and currently available telescopes can’t detect quasi-moons unless they are fairly close to Earth. More
