Oversight Committee Urges DOJ To Probe And ‘Void’ Pardons Signed By Biden’s Autopen

The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released a 100-page report Tuesday with the damning title, “The Biden Autopen Presidency: Decline, Delusion, and Deception in the White House.”

It details former President Joe Biden’s diminishing mental and physical abilities, the implications of that decline, and Biden’s “inner circle of loyalists attempting to mislead the nation to ignore what people’s eyes plainly showed them,” the report reads.

The committee, led by Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., found that Biden White House officials exercised the authority of the former president and intentionally concealed Biden’s “rapidly worsening mental and physical state.”

White House staff took shortcuts and took actions to keep the Biden presidency afloat, the committee found, and the cover-up of Biden’s cognitive decline “left no record demonstrating President Biden himself made all of the executive decisions that were attributed to him.” read more

  1. Nothing is going to come from this.

There is no law that says you have to sign a pardon. We don’t know which was his signature and which was auto-pen, and for those forensically determined to be auto-penned, the explanation can be as simple as , “The president said he wanted Joe Blow, pardoned, go make it happen”.

Article 2 gives the president broad and sweeping powers to pardon, and the only requirement is that the subject pardoned accepts the pardon.

There is no legal mechanism to reverse these pardons, despite the seedy manner in which they were exercised.
