The Fulton County, Georgia, election interference case against President Donald Trump and others has been dismissed after the prosecutor who took over the case requested that it be dropped.
“In my professional judgment, the citizens of Georgia are not served by pursuing this case in full for another five to ten years,” wrote Pete Skandalakis, the executive director of the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia, who took over the case after the original prosecutor was disqualified from the case. Old Prosecutor Pete takes an awfully winded explanation when he could have simply said there is no case.
Trump should now sue her.
Better yet: the US Justice Dept should go after her for a civil rights claim. But, Pam Blondi doesn’t have the guts or the ability.

So, this is why we’ve heard nothing from or about Sydney Powell and the others in the intervening years. I always wondered why. Didn’t someone here recently suggest Powell take Bondi’s place as AG? Not a good idea, I think. I’m rather shocked that Powell took a plea in return for testimony against the other defendants. I would have never thought her capable of that.
