As reported Wednesday night, the Arizona Supreme Court issued a new order, sending an essential piece of Kari Lake’s election lawsuit back to the trial court for further review.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissed the lawsuit on Christmas Eve, despite the evidence of massive voter disenfranchisement targeting Republicans, obviously false testimony by County Elections officials, and his own refusal to let the evidence be presented.
The Arizona Court of Appeals later dismissed the lawsuit in February, opining that Kari Lake did not provide “clear and convincing evidence” of voter fraud. So, she immediately moved to appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court, making good on her promise to do so.
The state supreme court ordered:
“IT IS ORDERED denying review of issues one through five and seven. The Court of Appeals aptly resolved these issues, most of which were the subject of evidentiary proceedings in the trial court, and Petitioner’s challenges on these grounds are insufficient to warrant the requested relief under Arizona or federal law.”
The media is downplaying the court’s ruling. But Kari’s former campaign manager explained how huge of a win this is for Arizona and election integrity. more

I was friends with some Vietnamese gangsters back when I bread chocolate labs. Had a guy stiff me on a pup, then got shitty with me. I signed the ownership over to Tran who was the head gangster. It was his dog at that point and he went to collet the money owing. I’ll be damned if he didn’t hand me my $1,500 dollars owing the next time I saw him. The guy who stiffed me was a mountain of a man who told others that they were like a pack of toy dogs attacking from all directions. I heard from others at the Sportsman’s Club that he said it was like being attacked by a vicious pack of toy poodles they would have torn him and his buddies, a half dozen big bad cycle gang members, to shreds if he didn’t cough up the dough pronto.
This is how these election thieves need to be dealt with. Just keep pressing the attack home on as many fronts as possible. If we had a more like Kari Lake and Donald Trump this shit would be settled once and for all.

I really do get as tired of the ‘wins’ as I do the losses.
Especially since I know that that yo-yo feeling is EXACTLY what the left wants the deplorables to feel. Destabilization breeds chaos and desperation.
Distract by token wins, so they can do further damage while attention is on the ‘shiny object’.
I worry about the GOP led congressional ‘investigations’ into corruptions everywhere! They are ‘exposing’ things we ALREADY KNOW!
What are they going to DO about it? Asinine waste of time!
I’ve come to think that the term ‘congressional investigation’ means ‘buying time, obfuscating, running outward cover, while criminals can run or hide’. Useless!
Maybe that is the point of congress: Watch the puppet show while we rob you of EVERYTHING!
