Keith Flint was the face of Britain’s techno ravers, The Prodigy. With a reverse Mohawk and aggressive vocal style, Flint’s unique look gave the band’s singles “Firestarter” and “Breathe “the boost needed for regular play on MTV back in the mid-90s.
The band had just returned from touring Australia and were gearing up for the States when authorities found Flint deceased at his home in Brook Hill, North End this morning. He was 49 years old.

I was in England when this broke there and was on all the stations (we listened to).

Life in the fast lane. He died at 49 but in rocker terms, every year past 27 counts as 3 years so his rocker adjusted age was well over 100.
He killed himself. I watched 20 seconds of one of his videos and that was enough for me.
