Abortion Andy Cheered As He Signed “Reproductive Health Act”

Faithwire-

The New York Senate was seen erupting in feverish applause after voting 38-24 to approve a bill which would allow abortion up to birth. Heralded as a major victory for pro-abortion activists, the Reproductive Health Act (RHA) was signed on the 46th anniversary of the Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade. More

He told those gathered that the event [SIC] that he believed the bill was necessary because he feared that Roe v. Wade would be overturned by the Supreme Court and that he needed to “protect our state.” As previously reported, Cuomo had refused to sign the budget bill this coming April without the passage of the Reproductive Health Act.

“We should not be here in the first place. We should not have a federal government that is trying to roll back women’s rights,” Cuomo stated. “This administration defies American evolution. We’re supposed to be moving forward. We’re supposed to be advancing. We’re supposed to live and learn. We’re supposed to be growing.”

  1. Why stop there….9 months?, 2 years?, 40-50 years?, 70-80 years?…..I’m gonna invest in cattle cars for you, not for me….
SERIOUSLY…(and this makes me sad, very sad)….I bet I could ask my thirty something nieces ‘how did the jews get to the concentration camps?’….they might reply UBER….

  2. Thunderous applause by the legislature for (supposedly) Catholic, Abortion Andy. I wonder if there will be thunderous applause for him when he arrives at the gates of hell?

  3. If they think this will protect them in case the Supreme Court strikes down Roe v. Wade, someone should remind them that all those laws and amendments trying to defend Marriage fail.

  4. There will be a time, in the not so distant future, where the state will have the power to FORCE you to abort your child because he/she doesn’t meet the mandated requirements for life….
    Oh…China already does that.

  5. He has the nerve to state:
“…We’re supposed to live and learn. We’re supposed to be growing.”

Unless we are talking about a viable, 9 month fetus in the state of ny.
And the catholic church won’t excommunicate him, or ever condemn this legislation.
Let me hear some more about how a ‘wall isn’t moral’

  6. Time to strike down the new WTC tower for its pink abomination flaunting evil in God’s face. “Vengeance is mine says the Lord, I will repay.” He can’t do it soon enough for all His created babies being slaughtered and tossed out as garbage, or being sold in pieces to Satanic profiteers.

  7. To demonstrate how they are “for women,” they brazenly affirm the right to assert their will over the lives of innocent, infant women. Again: once you can do this, what can’t you do? What is “off limits” after this? Nothing, as we’re finding out on many fronts.

The Left is a dangerous Death Cult.

  8. I was in a pregnancy crisis center yesterday in Oregon, and was told that Oregon has No laws governing/limiting abortion. If true, NY is not the first/worst.
PS, I was there at the invitation of the director to apply/volunteer for the position of Nurse/Ultra Sonographer. I’m so excited, I can hardly wait to start!!! Studies show that 90% of women that see their baby, (although I’m not allowed to say “Baby”), choose life! Hallelujah!

“Let me hear some more about how a ‘wall isn’t moral’ ”
You have hit the nail on the head concerning both abortion and the wall in just 11 words.

  10. I say ‘THE MOTHERFUCKER’ should be ex-communicated BUT the spineless church won’t because they are afraid of losing their tax free status.

I say that as a CATHOLIC.

  11. It’s time red states say we are going to pass a law that abortion is murder in our state. I doubt very seriously the feds will be telling NY they can’t murder babies at 39 weeks 6 days. I’ve yet to see the feds go after states legalizing pot or going after states allowing illegals to vote in federal elections.
If I ran a state when they filed a suit against my state for having a law that says abortion is murder and you will be charged with murder, I wouldn’t spend a dime defending it. What are they going to do arrest legislators and governors? Nuke you?

  12. Recently watched ‘Gosnell’.
For decades Dean Cain has mostly done Lifetime/Hallmark type movies.
Learned a lot about this topic watching it.
I felt was worth the watch and head-shakes during it.
Very self felt topic, from both genders POV

  13. It’s very difficult to express just how horrifying this is. How empty inside these people are to see this as a great advancement.
I couldn’t stomach any association with people that dark hearted. They’re not even human in my eyes.

  14. It’s kind of weird, but the idea of New Yorkers killing their own children doesn’t upset me. Now, if they’ll just make it mandatory!

So what if he gets excommunicated? Who cares?
What will happen if he does?

The law will still be there.
And he will still be governor and able to sign more evil bills

  16. anon: “So what if he gets excommunicated? Who cares?”

he certainly won’t care. The sanctity of life is meaningless to him, as is his faith.
He has nothing to lose regarding being excommunicated. He’s recently re-elected, so he doesn’t need to claim being pious, as he panders for votes. It is sort of like clinton doesn’t have ‘hot sauce’ in her purse anymore either. Hot sauce, religion- they are sort of the same thing to them.
He doesn’t need to be excommunicated. He left of his own accord.

  17. It breaks my heart that I’ll never visit my home state of NY again, but I won’t contribute to the economy of such a depraved place. To do so would be knowingly condoning infanticide.
    Goodbye NY.
