The American Civil Liberties Union on Wednesday said it will file an amicus brief arguing the limited gag order imposed on former President Donald Trump in his Washington, D.C., election interference case is unconstitutional. 

On the same day, federal prosecutors asked U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan to reinstate the currently-paused gag order, stating the order is necessary to prevent Trump from targeting witnesses. More

    BUT

    They do have principles just like in
    Skokie, Illinois many moons ago.

    They ACTUALLY have principles that they will stand by
    AND REFUSE but budge from.

    As much as I disegree with them
    I ADMIRE their steadfast VERACITY>

  3. The ACLU has no “steadfast VERACITY.”
    They are a ComIntern Front, and have been since their inception.
    There are too many instances where they have remained silent (and Silence is Consent) to attribute any legitimacy to them, whatsoever.

    There’s some calculus involved here that I don’t understand – perhaps they perceive a change in the political wind?
