People for the American Way Foundation is an advocacy group for progressive values chaired by television legend Norman Lear from All in the Family and Sanford and Son fame. Lear has a consistent track of advocating for free speech and showcasing politically incorrect programming. However, the PFAW mission statement includes in no uncertain terms it is a “…progressive advocacy organizations founded to fight right-wing extremism…”

Awesome! And they had Larry Elder introduce them!
Matt and Trey have always been libertarian. South Park has proven this again and again, and I think the ‘Cartoon Wars’ double episode is one of the all-time greatest statements on Freedom of Speech – particularly because Viacom blacked out a simple pic of Mohammed, then allowed a scene with Jesus and Tom Cruise crapping all over each other.
My favorite episode:

i knew they’re repubs from the beginnin of SP, you’d know that too if’n youins beez payin ah tention. better get woked you sheeples, aka uber SchNitZleS, cuz da steem rollerz r ah commin.
Proudly re-claiming the term, “coming out.”
Feeling gay all over… 😮
Also: America, F* Yeah!
Did they ask for the award back?
They are funny – that in itself proves they aren’t liberals.
Stopped watching cartoons the same day I got kissed by the little girl next door. Was about 10 or so.
What the Hell?
What right wing extremism is that organization fighting?
“People Who Annoy You”
N_GGERS
Possibly the funniest episode ever…
South Park is now about to go the way of “Last Man Standing”…
Out-friggin’-standing! 😆
Saaaaaaaaaaaa – LUTE! 😀
South Park is occasionally pretty damned funny. Though, after they couldn’t stop being all over Trump after the election, I called it quits on watching their last few seasons, just too tedious seeing them follow suit going after the President like everyone else did.
I heard they finally backed off and went to business as usual, but wasn’t enough to convince me to spend 30 minutes watching again. Funny that as I get older, it becomes much easier to write “entertainment” off once it decides to assault my personal ethics.
Wait a sec…you mean there are people out there who didn’t know Matt and Trey were conservative/libertarian?
Have these assholes even *watched* SouthPark?
They are never going to work in the entertainment industry, so they must be well off.
They are probably libertarians or RINOS, not conservative republicans
These guys skewered Al Gore so brutally in the man-bear-pig episode
Time to kill Kenny again!
