In a sudden move yesterday the head of Fox News, Roger Ailes announced his immediate resignation. Rupert Murdoch will take over supervision of both Fox News and Fox Business with Ailes serving as an unofficial advisor.
“I am personally committed to ensuring that Fox News remains a distinctive, powerful voice. Our nation needs a robust Fox News to resonate from every corner of the country,” said Murdoch in a prepared statement.
Ailes’ current contract, due to run through 2018, will continue to pay him $20 million a year.
My advice? Ditch the stiff, O’Reilly, whose contract is up next year and purge the leftists.
Roger, take some time off and concentrate on your health.

I thought that there were a bunch of talking heads at Fox that were backing Ailes by saying that if he was removed, they would leave too. Could this resignation be to counter that? Seems to be a lot of things not getting reported.
Ailes has done great service for America – which I hope we don’t underestimate.
Sadly, if FOX follows in the goose-step of the rest of the media, America will be lost. Even a tepid voice of “fair and balanced” is vastly superior to “ALL SOCIALISM, ALL IZLAM, ALL HATE-AMERICA, ALL THE TIME!”

The Left had been trying to take Fox down because once in a while a smidgen of truth is communicated to the sheeple. Gretchen Carlson was their hitman. Watch to see if her lawsuit is dropped now that Ailes is out. Any organization that is not strongly Conservative will become Leftist. Fox will become another MSNBC. Mission accomplished.
