NEWS10: BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) — A Tuscaloosa County man accused of impersonating a ride-sharing driver has been arrested and indicted on multiple charges.
Tommy Beard was arrested in March, and charged with two counts of kidnapping and impersonating a transportation network company driver.
Beard is accused of picking up intoxicated college women from Tuscaloosa bars. When he was arrested, police said they found photos on his phone of the unconscious, clothed women in his backseat that focused on their “breast and crotch area.” read more
