  1. I forget the details and too lazy to look it up, but humans can’t properly digest insects and it leads to health problems. There’s some chemical in insects that causes this. Basically, insects are not fit for human consumption, that’s all you need to know. Anyway, if you can’t make ends meet and want to consume insects, why, or how can you, buy them? Go run around with a net, it’s free.

  2. You will own nothing and be happy.
You will eat bugs and be happy.
You will do whatever we tell you to do and be happy.
We own you and we control you, and that makes us happy. And that’s all that matters.

  3. I’ve got 3 acres of grasshoppers, crickets, fireflies, ticks and fleas that are currently pastured free range. I think I’ll make a fortune in the “naturally raised” market….Plus I got some free range toads for all the hippie toad lickers out there…

  4. It will end up in the same place that crap fake burger ended up at, in school lunches which promptly got dumped in the garbage. Kids want pizza, not fake burger. Think the brats will like eating bugs? Yeah, go for it. That fad was around in the 60’s and faded out quickly. Not even chocolate covered ants or grasshoppers could attract any chocolate lover.

  5. One question, would you eat at any restaurant that advertises “bug salad”, roaches in wine sauce, sizzling ant soup, the dishes are endless. Bottomless bug bowls. McDonalds lost their ass on the fake burger, I wanna see them try the bug burger route – it will be a big winner! /snark

  6. Chitin. Look it up. Exoskeletons and all that. If, in the universe, all beings share the quality of beingness in common is the destruction of beings for one’s survival held against one’s being? If so, eating bugs will PILE those demerits up! If not, then what is all the fuss about?

  7. Interesting to note is the fact that ALDI and others are savaging and ravaging the ecosystem by killing off insects. Add that many of these insects are also polluted and exposed to insecticides plus carry multitudes of dangerous bacteria, poisons, and parasites.
