They sort of sound like a lot of Indians AKA native Americans on the reservations who don’t take care of their cars and beat them to hell and leave them stranded on blocks or abandoned or just get another beater when their current beater breaks down. The little town of Ford, Wa. in NE Wash. state on the Colville Indian reservation is notorious for junk cars scattered everywhere.
I’m sure it will be appropriately settled in the sharia court.

@MM , you might be recalling the video of DC Del. Elenor Holmes Norton, “parking”. At wrong angle damaging, I think, both cars next to her before walking off unconcerned. (Maybe it’s little cars that are impossible to park correctly. Nah, it’s small IQs in small cars)

This reminds me here in Maryland the Muslim can’t drive or park I have a friend that lives in laurel Maryland went to visit two month ago. Shit tha are is third world country full of them. The apartment around there is no America people only Muslim. Went to Walmart my god was surprised of all the smelly Muslim covered from their head to their foot. And in 911 most of them was living in laurel Maryland.
