I really love these videos, however, the percentage of dogs who come back to the shelter because the new owners couldn’t/wouldn’t put in the time and energy necessary is off the charts ridiculous.
You don’t just get a dog, you have to “maintain” that dog; proper food, exercise, shelter, regular vet visits but mostly love, lots and lots of love. It’s a commitment that, sadly, a lot of folks are not up to.

Hope that the families bring the doggies back to say “hello” to this beautiful young man every now and then.
