Ambassador Huckabee Criticizes Israel After Church Torched in Samaria

U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee has offered rare criticism of Israel in recent days, after violence carried out by a small group of Jewish extremists against Taybeh, a Palestinian Christian village in Samaria.

Last week, Huckabee protested on X against the “terrorist” killing of a Palestinian-American Christian. And on Saturday, Huckabee went to the village itself, visiting Taybeh and showing solidarity with its residents. More

  1. Huckabee has said that Judea (Gaza) and Samaria (the West Bank) should be recognized as part of Israel.

There are, apparently, some criminal gangs of Israeli teen and young men in the West Bank. The media always describes them are “settlors”.

Huckabee wants incidents like these more vigorously investigated and prosecuted, and alleges that judges have been too lenient on them. We do not currently have any facts about what prompted this or anything else about it. But the victim was Christian and American, so it gets big attention.

When gangs in the U.S. commit crimes resulting in “a” killing, we don’t attribute their behavior to “the U.S.” WHen leftist judges utter sentences we think are too lenient, we criticze the judges; we don’t attribute their actions to “the U.S.”

Apparently, though, anything that happens in Israel, out comes the broadbrush of Jew hate, to wit: “So he’s finally figuring out the truth of that country. A bit LATE, clown.”
