ABC7: TOLEDO, Ohio — A former nurse’s aide dubbed the “Angel of Death” after he admitted killing three dozen hospital patients in Ohio and Kentucky died Thursday, two days after he was attacked and beaten in his prison cell.
Donald Harvey, who was serving multiple life sentences, was found injured in his cell Tuesday afternoon at the state prison in Toledo, officials said. A patrol report said the 64-year-old was beaten when an unnamed person entered his cell.

As much as the psychopath deserved death, THIS is just another glaring example of why our prison system is broken and why we need to change it. Between the hellish beatdowns and rapes running rampant and the stupid as shit government funded ‘rehab’ programs… Something needs to be done. [Oh, and did I mention all of the Muslims going in there and converting prisoners?] Honestly.
An inmate did what the judicial system failed to do.
This is why, in the case of Dylann Roof. The death penalty was a favor to him. He’ll live longer.

I think violent and sexual criminals should be castrated. This would eliminate rape and lesson violence considerably.
I prefer to look at this as his matter has been appealed to a higher court. I wonder if FDR in Hell could tell us if the lad is settling uncomfortably into his new digs!
Harvey used arsenic and cyanide to poison most of his victims, often putting it in the hospital food he served them, prosecutors said. Some of the patients were suffocated when he let their oxygen tanks run out.
I believe the higher court came to a decision.

Only one way to fix all those problems, which indeed are problems.
Since the penitentiary concept doesn’t work because it often does not result in penitence but only in hardness and further criminality…start killing more criminals for more crimes. The message will soon get across at all levels and society would quickly be restored to some semblance of order and safety.
