DC: Conservative pundit Ann Coulter wants President Donald Trump to build the border wall he promised, and she had some advice for those who say he lacks the authority as chief executive — “pull out your pocket Constitution.”
“If you are writing the president’s speech tonight, what would you have him say?” Carlson asked Coulter in a segment that aired before President Trump’s Thursday night speech.
“I would say, someone just reminded me that I am president, and I don’t need Congress to build the wall, so I think I’m just going to start,” responded Coulter.
The Fox News host then asked Coulter what she would say to those who say “you need Congress to build the wall.”
“Pull out your pocket Constitution and see who the commander in chief is, who has all the executive branch power in his hands,” said Coulter. “He has the Department of Defense. He has Homeland Security. I mean, if we were suddenly attacked by China, he wouldn’t sit around — or North Korea — he wouldn’t sit around saying ‘Well, I would like to respond, but Congress just will not write that bill.’ He’d say ‘No, I am the commander in chief, I have the power to an defend against an invasion. We’re being invaded.’” more here

Also, enforce existing Federal laws against employers hiring illegal aliens. That would turn-off the spigot really quick.
All DJT needs to do to build the Beautiful Wall is find someplace where the House has already appropriated the money. Like it or not, the House does control the checkbook.
Just wait til after the mid-term elections! Many indictments coming down. The “Wall” will just be one side of a prison for all the corrupt politicians. I am buying spray paint company STOCKS……… Millions of mexicans ……a 1600 mile long wall!! Duh!!
Divert all Law Enforcement block grants from sanctuary states and cities to building the wall. If taken to court by those states/cities, it could easily be proven that spending those funds to stop the tide of illegals will have a greater effect on crime prevention.

Could be that Trump has been “turned”. I hate to think that, but it’s a possibility which I will keep open until construction actually starts on the “big, beautiful wall”.
Tony R has it right. Stop having the FBI and other law enforcement agencies go into sanctuary states and cities to do zip. No need risking their lives wrangling criminals that are being protected, shielded and assisted by conspirators.
