SoCal Antifa’s website outlines the antifascist coalition’s “Points of Unity” dated May 2, including anti-racism, anti-misogyny, anti-queerphobia, anti-capitalism, and anti-imperialism. The Antifa group maintains it’s united in “opposition to fascism” in all of its purported forms “by any means necessary.”
“Local Chuds and assorted bigots are planning a rally at a local spa. Lets mask up and show our pride!” tweeted the South West chapter of the Youth Liberation Front (SW YLF). Another event graphic for Saturday’s counter protest instructs fellow Antifa comrades to “Smash Transphobia” and “Smash Fascism.” The opposing direct action event is being framed as an “Intersectional PRIDE Rally.”
So it’s misogynistic to not want men to go into the women’s bathroom. Silly me, I thought it would have been misogynistic to allow men into the women’s bathroom, but what do I know?

(c)Penalties.—
(1)Penalties.—Whoever violates this section shall be punished—
(A)
for a killing, or if death results to any person from any other conduct prohibited by this section, by death, or by imprisonment for any term of years or for life;
(B)
for kidnapping, by imprisonment for any term of years or for life;
(C)
for maiming, by imprisonment for not more than 35 years;
(D)
for assault with a dangerous weapon or assault resulting in serious bodily injury, by imprisonment for not more than 30 years;
(E)
for destroying or damaging any structure, conveyance, or other real or personal property, by imprisonment for not more than 25 years;
(F)
for attempting or conspiring to commit an offense, for any term of years up to the maximum punishment that would have applied had the offense been completed; and

for threatening to commit an offense under this section, by imprisonment for not more than 10 years.

The Complaint was that the trans-guy was exposing his genitals to under age children in the dressing room. Without any morality or consideration for the children. If a grown man with breast exposed his penis to your 11 year old daughter you to would be upset. This is not about trans phobia or discrimination. It is about a man exposing his genitals to women and children in a female dressing area. If I were to walk into the spa and go into the ladies dressing room and expose myself to all the women and girls in there I would get arrested. Just because he identifies as a woman does not mean he is or that he can swing his junk around in front of little girls. The leftist are calling this discrimination. The guy has the right right to do what ever he wants so long as it is not harming others. Exposing his penis to children is harming others. Again if I were flashing my junk to little girls I would get arrested. Just because he identifies as a “woman” does not forgive this. The fact is that he is not a biological woman and cannot run around showing his Male genitals to under age girls. Only 4.5% of the population identifies as LGBT. This does not mean that they do not have to ignore the laws and morals of the other 95.5%. Not there is not some push from the LGBT community to sexualize children in order to have them desensitized to there lifestyle. Again this is a free country and who you love or how you love is your right. But we do not need this or pride parades where the floats are mimicking gay sex activities. Keep the sex in private and not in front of kids. Heterosexuals do not go around acting like they are having sex in public. Have some morals my God.
